Deployment of Technologies for Digitisation of PPF Stamp Production

PPF Stamp UAB is implementing the project “Deployment of technologies for digitisation of PPF Stamp production processes” in accordance with the implementing measure No 03.3.1-LVPA-K-854 “Industry Digitisation LT” of Priority 3 “Promoting the competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses” of the 2014-2020 Operational Programme for the European Union Funds Investments in Lithuania.

The aim of the project is to facilitate the improvement of the company’s productivity, competitiveness, and economic viability.

​

PPF Stamp UAB is a successful company that has been manufacturing the highest quality tools for stamping packages since 2012. During the implementation of the project, it is planned to deploy digital technologies for industrial automatic and automation technologies and the company’s resource management system. The digitisation of production processes will involve the acquisition of production equipment and the deployment of a resource management system with tablets. The technologies will focus on the digitisation of metal plate production. The digitisation technologies that are planned to be deployed through the project will allow manual work to be replaced by automated equipment with digitalisation technologies, thus increasing the efficiency and productivity of the company.

The budget of the project is EUR 875.949,81. The share financed by the European Regional Development Fund is EUR 394.577,41.

The project is implemented from 21 May 2020 to 1 September 2023.
